Payment conditions
All prices are non-negotiable. We reserve the right to request further information from you at any time to enable us to complete your order and/or to comply the regulatory requirements. By placing the order, you confirm that the details in the order are correct in all respects.
You are required to pay your order by making the payment( deposit) via paynow or paylah to handphone 9021 7344. Please put your name on the reference comment in the transfer.
No refund for cancellation of confirmed order. In any event where the order is make thru 3rd party, we can only ensure the handover to items is good at the point to collector. We are not liable for transport or any damage made by the 3rd party company. Self collection - please check the condition of the cake personally before collection. It is our prime goal to never let down the expectations of our customers, if the customer brings a damaged cake back for repair , extra charges apply and collection is on the next day. If you have yourself collect the cake or send someone to pick it up. We will not be liable for any damage after in your possession.
In any order which is the last minute, there will be an administrative charges of $10.

Safety and hygiene, rest assured that the equipment and utensils are separated for humans and dogs. We are very strict in our food hygiene and always maintain the cleanliness and neatness in the environment
Disclaimer
We advise owners/consumer to understand their pet's dietary or health dietary needs and food allergies before purchasing or a giveaway the product from us. Please consult your doctor or vet in time of doubt. We will not be liable for any medical/allergic reactions. Please remember to feed them moderation.
Sale Inquiries
Ivee bakes takes prides on baking our cakes and we know exactly what is good for lovely cake and with no additives or preservatives. We are therefore unable to make a warranty as to the length of time for which the cake remain fit for consumption. We strongly recommend our cakes are best eaten within 48 hours from collection/delivery but they can chilled for up to 3 days. All cakes need to stored in the refrigerator and brought back to room temperature before consuming. It is the responsibility of the customers to keep the bakes in the manner prescribed for under AVA regulations.
Packaging: Ivee bakes are packaged safety in boxes specifically designed for you. Once you take your cakes from us, they are your precious.
